OUR STORY

CC’s Angels was founded in September 2016 by Chelsea “CeCe” Spencer. Through her survival of domestic violence and sexual abuse, she envisioned helping others overcome such a detrimental cycle. She strives to empower survivors to take back their freedom, peace and self-development. Over the past few years, CC’s Angels has expanded from Iowa and now growing nation wide . CC’s Angels now offers development courses such as virtual small groups, bible studies, self defense courses and more. We are having a re-launch into full time ministry in October 2021.
